By using BeerTour.ist you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Agreement
These terms apply to visitors and registered users. We may update them; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
The service
BeerTour.ist provides information about beer, breweries, venues, and events. Listings may be submitted by the community or entity representatives and can change. We do not guarantee completeness or availability of venues or beers.
Age
You must be of legal drinking age where you are to use the site. You confirm this on our age gate or when creating an account. We may restrict access if you indicate you are under age.
Accounts
Sign-in uses magic links (no password in Phase 1). You are responsible for access to your email. Do not share session access. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Content and listings
You must provide accurate information when suggesting or managing listings. We may moderate, reject, or remove content that violates law or these terms.
Prohibited use
Do not scrape the site in ways that harm performance, attempt unauthorised access, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
Liability
The service is provided as is to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for decisions you make based on directory information (for example visiting a venue or consuming alcohol).
Changes
We may modify features, suspend the service for maintenance, or discontinue parts of the product with reasonable notice where practical.
