BeerTour.ist is an information directory about beer, breweries, and venues. We do not sell alcohol.

Self-declaration

When you first visit as a guest, we ask you to confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your country. We do not use biometric or document checks. Registered users confirm age when creating an account.

Cookie

If you confirm you are of legal age, we store a beer_age_confirmed cookie for up to 365 days so we do not ask again on every visit. If you indicate you are under age, we do not set this cookie and you will be asked again if you return.

Search engines and this website

When you visit BeerTour.ist directly, we ask you to confirm your age before you can browse the site. That gate does not apply inside search results: search engines may list and show snippets of our public pages about breweries, venues, and beers, including alcohol-related information, without you passing our age confirmation. Anyone may see such snippets in search results, including people who have not confirmed their age on our site. Indexing does not replace our on-site age gate for direct visits.
